It’s just amazing what you run into when driving these long distances…even in the desert. It was time for a potty, food, and stretch-our-legs stop and Wow. We happened upon these rocks jutting out of the ground…fascinating. Particularly eye-catching because there was nothing else around but these rock formations.
Hot, hot, hot, though. Girls had no desire to run around…or away. heh heh heh Things like bread dried pretty quickly in the hot air. Bathroom was minimal but clean and usable. The heat however, did not invite any sort of hiking around to explore the immediate area. Back in the car we hopped.
