On the way to the cabin, we passed a bear park. We’d heard it was worth a stop if we hadn’t visited before. So, we made time to explore the place on our way back to Oslo. It wasn’t very far away and the girls were very, very excited.
It was easy to see the bears as they hung out not far from the viewing area. We climbed the huge platforms to get a better view above the top of the fence. Luckily, “T” was prepared with his 400mm lens and was able to get some decent shots. UNfortunately, after Langedrag, this place was a bit of a disappointment. On the other hand, the girls had a blast running across the grounds and seeing the other animals in the gated area.
